The Jack Brockhoff Foundation (“The Foundation”) is committed to protecting the privacy and confidentiality of those who apply for our grants and others we work with.

The Foundation may, on occasion, forward to and/or discuss your application with external reviewers and/or other trusts and foundations. Our staff and directors use your information to inform their decision making.
The Foundation may also use, for promotional purposes, information about projects included in successful grant applications. The Foundation may display information about each successful grant application on its website and in its annual report, including the name of the organisation (or in the case of individuals representing organisation recipients, the name and a picture of the representative), a brief project description, the amount and duration of the grant and which grant program it has been funded under.

We will provide you, upon request, with access to personal information about you that we hold. You can have us correct any errors or delete the information we have about you. You may opt out of any further contact from us.
