Reporting Process

All grant recipients are required to provide an Acquittal Report on their grant within 12 months of receipt of the grant.

Progress reports are required within 12 months of receipt of the grant for multi-year grants before subsequent instalments can be paid.

Organisations which received a grant prior to May 2016 are required to submit an acquittal report via the word template available here.

Organisations which received a grant after May 2016 are asked to complete an online progress and/or acquittal report which can be accessed via ‘My Account’. These organisations will be sent a reminder and a link to the online system to complete their report one month prior to the progress or acquittal due date.

Please note that the Foundation’s Directors will not accept applications for additional grant funds from organisations that have not reported on fully acquitted grants previously received from the Foundation.
